Product Description
The M series pneumatic sleeve regulating valve developed and produced by our company is a pressure balanced regulating valve, which adopts a sleeve guide and pressure balanced double seal valve core structure. The flow channel is S-shaped and equipped with a multi spring actuator, ensuring smooth overall operation. Features such as large pressure difference, precise flow rate, and low noise are allowed. Product Features

2. Adopting modular design, with strong interchangeability and universality; By replacing different sleeves, different flow coefficients and flow characteristics can be obtained.
3. Balanced structure: greatly reduces the unbalanced force on the valve core; At the same time, it also has damping operation, which is conducive to the stable operation of the control valve. By using specially designed symmetrical small holes on the valve internals, noise can be reduced, further pressure reduction can be achieved, and flash evaporation and cavitation can be prevented. It is particularly suitable for various high-pressure and low-noise situations, improving the comprehensive performance of the regulating valve. Therefore, it can be used in applications with large pressure differentials and low noise.
4. Easy installation and maintenance: The valve seat is tightly pressed onto the valve body through the valve cover, without using threaded connections, making installation and maintenance convenient.
5. Due to the use of a simple mechanical structure with a multi spring type small and large output thin film actuator, the height of the regulating valve has been significantly reduced, achieving miniaturization.
