The control system mainly consists of several aspects,
1. Control valve - There are two types of control valves: electric control valve or pneumatic control valve
2. Self tuning PID intelligent regulator
3. Pressure transmitter
When the system is started, due to the control valve being in the initial closed state, the pressure detection diaphragm of the pressure transmitter fails to detect the passage of fluid behind the valve, and outputs a current signal to the PID intelligent regulator. The regulator outputs a current signal to the control valve based on the input data through proportional, calculus, and other calculations. Then, the control valve opens to a certain degree according to the regulator's signal. At this time, unstable or high pressure fluid in front of the valve will flow through the regulating valve to the equipment behind the valve. When the pressure behind the valve changes due to changes in the amount of fluid used by the equipment, the pressure transmitter can continuously collect this data through the detection diaphragm. The PID intelligent regulator can compare the data collected by the pressure transmitter with the set value and continuously adjust the control valve based on the data provided by the pressure transmitter. The opening degree ensures that the pressure behind the valve is always maintained at the set value;
When the fluid medium is the main steam, the pressure transmitter must be installed under the steam main pipeline through the pressure pipe to avoid direct contact between the detection diaphragm and high-temperature steam, which may affect the product life;
