Product characteristics
The valve body adopts an integral design, which avoids the leakage that may be caused by the middle flange connection of ordinary ball valves.
The valve core is designed with a V-shaped notch with a special shape, and the valve has approximately equal percentage flow characteristics. This design provides precise control performance for the valve, while generating significant shear forces and wiping performance between the valve core and sealing seat during movement. It has a cutting effect on media containing fibers and self-cleaning function on media containing solid particles.
The valve core is fixed with double bearings on the upper and lower valve stems, which has high rotational accuracy and stability.
The flow resistance is small, and the flow capacity is 2-3 times that of ordinary single seat regulating valves, making V-shaped ball valves cost-effective.
Due to the valve core being smaller than a hemisphere, the structure is lightweight. Valves have the advantages of small size and light weight. Compared with ordinary 0-type ball valves, they require less switching torque and are easy to operate.
The V-shaped valve has a wide range of applications. According to different working conditions, soft and hard seals can be provided. The valve seat and valve core can be made of spray welded hard alloy or tungsten carbide to meet the requirements of different occasions.
