Product Description

       The ZMQF/ZSQF series pneumatic bottom discharge valve series produced by our company is mainly used for bottom discharge of reaction vessels, storage tanks, and other containers. It is welded to the bottom of storage tanks and other containers with the help of bottom flanges, thus eliminating the residual phenomenon of process media at the outlet of containers. 

    The valve body of the bottom discharge valve is Y-shaped, divided into two working modes: upward expansion and downward expansion. The valve chamber is equipped with a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from being washed and corroded by the medium at the moment of opening. 

    The sealing ring is specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62, with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve disc seal is welded with hard alloy on the cover as needed, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. 

    Meanwhile, a short stroke valve disc design is adopted. Widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, and food processing.
